- Inspect and clean heat exchanger
- Inspect and clean burners
- Clean and adjust the pilot
- Inspect and check the safety controls
- Inspect and clean the humidifier
- Change the air filters
- Lubricate the fan motor and bearings
- Clean the base of the chimney and vent connector
- Check the thermostat
- Check the fuel line for leaks
- Perform a carbon monoxide test
- Perform a complete heating cyle check
During a pre-season air conditioning service contract visit, the Walsh Company will:
- Inspect and clean the condenser coils, pump and drain
- Lubricate the fan motor and bearings
- Change the air filters
- Inspect system wiring and electrical contacts
- Inspect thermostat
- Inspect the safety controls
- Check for adequate refridgerent charge
- Check system for refridgerent leaks
- Shut down humidifier and clean
- Perform complete cooling cycle check
